What You Will Do
- Directly supervises team of support employees in day-to-day activities.
- Collaborate with customers, colleagues, and internal Pratt & Whitney stakeholders to identify, develop, and manage projects related to new and used parts inventory across our product lines.
- Demonstrate a working knowledge of engines and parts nomenclature and configuration, with focus on accessories and components.
- Support EIS programs with parts management
- Utilize SAP systems, MS Excel and Power BI to perform analyses, provide recommendations to projects and initiatives, and to improve the effectiveness of the team.
- Support both long-term and short-term strategies that drive inventory and financial commitments to RTX.
- Influence a wide range of functional groups (Finance, Customer Service, product line management and others) to respond to customer inquiries and meet customer expectations.
- Participates in establishing plans and maintaining data for purchased parts, subassemblies, end items and other parts as required.
- Participates in developing plans to minimize risks for short-term shortages and ensures successful customer delivery.
- Participates in tracking inter/intra-plant work in process (WIP), promise dating, and may expedite orders to ensure on-time delivery and flow.

Qualifications You Must Have
- University Degree and a minimum of 2 years prior relevant experience with specialized knowledge of technical or operational practices orin absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience
- U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status)

- This role is Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
