• Functions as a Subject Matter Expert in at least one of the following service lines, and within twelve months must become proficient in the other service line listed below, with the intent to be able to provide support in all lines of service.
o Environmental Service
o Linen/Laundry Service
o Operations and Maintenance
o Transportation Services (internal and external)
• Supports the Aramark Programs through, training, virtual and onsite activities.
o Supports Aramark approved vendors for equipment, supplies products.
o Supports Aramark facility programs to include Absolute Success Elements, program assessments and Aramark approved CMMS through Facility Fit Pro.
o Provide national support to computerized maintenance management system relative to system operation, development upgrades, enhancements and or training.
• Perform on site services to new mobilizations, and support to existing facilities as directed by the Healthcare + Facilities/ O&M Support Director
o All Service Lines:
Provide support to the Center of Excellence Project Managers, Regional staff and Operations teams for new O&M mobilizations and ensure the full implementation of Aramark's operating programs.
Initial set-up of facility data in Facility Fit Pro (buildings, equipment, employees, shifts)
Utilize technical expertise to evaluate Aramark's operating program standards, measure performance and recommend solutions in order to enhance or improve operations.
Leads mobilizations as directed by the Center of Excellence Director of Support
• Works with Project Manager assigned to the mobilization and prepares operational and budget trackers to ensure a smooth on time and on budget mobilization.
• Directs and leads per diem workforce, and other personnel assigned to the mobilization.
