Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and collaborative team member to ensure compliance with customer and government property requirements. The ideal candidate is a seasoned property management professional with knowledge of FAR 52.245-1 property outcomes, government audits, and experience in material manufacturing, management, or production. You will provide essential support to multiple customers, including the DoD, NASA, and other government programs, while also enhancing the site and property organization’s procedures and processes. This role involves close collaboration with various site functions.
This position is 100% on site, no remote work. Must be a US Citizen. Relocation assistance is not authorized.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Display core job competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.
- Maintain Government approved business systems that are fully compliant with Government, customer, and contractual requirements, as well as pertinent Aerospace policies and procedures.
- Support or manage Self-Assessments of the 10 Government Property Management Outcomes identified in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), specifically FAR 45 and 52.245-1.
- Function under minimal direction, guided by specific objectives or statements from contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs), contract deliverables, and outcome metrics.
- Support the Sites’ Property Coordinators/Custodians.
- Act with authority delegated from Site Leader and/or GPSM (Government Property Site Manager) in all functions within Aero site.
Basic Qualifications
- Requires a bachelor’s degree, along with 2 years of directly related experience.
- In lieu of formal education, a High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of related experience.
- Must have knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiar with DD1149s.
- Experience with eQuip and/or SAP.
- Familiar with PIEE.
