The On-Site Launch Operations Factory Representative supports a mission-critical, Intelligence Community, space program at Vandenberg Space Force Base, California. Serving as the government's on-site technical representative, this position provides engineering oversight, launch campaign support, and coordination to ensure successful payload integration, launch processing, and mission execution. This role directly supports the planning, coordination, and execution of high-priority national security space missions. This high-visibility position provides a key role in launch campaign execution and serve as a trusted advisor to Government leadership during critical launch operations.

Key Responsibilities:
This support will include the following:
- Oversight: Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Government Program Office, providing technical and operational oversight of launch processing activities.
- Technical: Use technical expertise to identify, communicate, and help resolve launch processing and launch risk, issues, and opportunities. Provide independent assessments and recommendations to support informed Government decision-making.
- Meetings: Participate in and represent the customer in various Government and contractor meetings, attend contractor programmatic and technical reviews (Enterprise Readiness Review (ERR), Fueling & Mate Readiness Review (FMRR), Launch Readiness Review (LRR), daily onsite meetings, etc.) to provide risk-based and data driven recommendations and assessments.
- Communication: Develop productive and trusted relationships with the Program Office Team, Payload Provider, Launch Service Provider, and Vandenberg SFB Mission Partners. Daily interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders. Lead executive-level tours and briefings of launch processing activities, facilities, and mission operations.
- Reporting: Develop, review, and coordinate technical reports, status updates, risk assessments, and briefing materials to support Government leadership and decision-making.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Clearance: Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Education: BS in related technical discipline and fourteen (14) years or more experience; Masters and twelve (12) years or more experience.
- Experience:
- Experience supporting National Security Space and/or Intelligence Community launch programs.
- Familiarity with Vandenberg Space Force launch operations processes and range organizations.
- Experience supporting launch vehicle integration, spacecraft processing, and mission assurance activities.
- Knowledge of systems engineering, configuration management, and risk management practices.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Environment: Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, and energetic environment.
- Management: Proficient in program/project management within the Customer organization.
- Communication: Must have strong oral and written communication skills and be comfortable communicating with senior executives.
- Travel: Available to travel domestically.
