Title:
Data Engineer
KBR is seeking a Data Engineer to support one of our government customers in Chantilly, Virginia. The Data Engineer utilizes diverse data-focused skills, experience, deep technical and analytical problem-solving, and team-centered solutions for complex problems to satisfy priority information-enabling operations. This position requires solid attributes for problem-solving, data analysis, troubleshooting, analytical thinking, and experimentation, often under time-sensitive decisions.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities
• Perform signal analysis on EO and RF sources and provide recommendations on identifying trends for intelligence analysis.
• Collaborate with scientists, physicists, engineers, program managers, and intelligence analysts to understand the capabilities and limitations of the space program of records and other space programs under the US IC and DOD.
• Identify and prioritize intelligence gaps, coordinate with internal and external customers to facilitate requirements production, and develop collection management plans for technical collection activities.
• Research emerging space and counter-space threats.
• Create, Collaborate, and Oversee finished intelligence products concerning customer problem sets and assigned areas of responsibilities.
Qualifications
• Current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and active Poly.
• Experience with intelligence analysis and managing intelligence product dissemination.
• Desired Experience: At least five years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last two years.
• Desired Education: Bachelor’s degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
Travel: CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. (10%)
