Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Midlevel Change Management Specialist to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Leads and coordinates system scheduling at a portfolio level. This includes baseline management, version controls, implementation plans, communication plans, software upgrades, operational change requests. Ensures all changes have deployment plans, Go/No Go checklists, and deployment coverage. Leads configuration management using best practices and standards to assist in ensuring an accurate CMDB across the program as well as coordinating efforts with the portfolio teams and the enterprise. Works with teams to prepare and execute a change delivery framework that allows forward planning change windows across the portfolio. Manages relationships and coordinates work between different teams to ensure change details and schedules are communicated across the portfolio effectively. Manages change risk by resolving issues that affect change scope, schedule and quality. Research new change management related technology and methodologies to identify continual improvement opportunities. Completes activities such as training needs analysis and determines appropriate training for staff in preparation for technology-based change initiatives and conducts training on new processes where needed. Basic Qualifications: 8-10 years of experience in ITIL/ITSM 5-7 years of SDLC Release Management experience. Excellent time management, task planning and prioritization skills. Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams toward task completion. Advanced written and verbal communication skills are a must. Strong written and oral communication skills. Able to adapt quickly to changing client requirements. Able to work effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to manage multiple/concurrent releases in development. Service Management technology experience such as ServiceNow or Remedy Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with continuous integration systems like GitLab Familiar with work cycle management tools like RTC and ClearQuest Familiar with containerization platforms, such as OpenShift Familiar with Urban Code Deploy and Urban Code Release Security Clearance Requirements: Active DOD Secret clearance and ability to obtain agency suitability clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to remain stationary up to 75% of the time in an office environment. Must be able to traverse between one work location to another to accomplish work duties. Must be able to operate IT equipment such as a computer, copier, fax machine, etc. Must be able to communicate effectively with management and co-workers to exchange information accurately. Must be able to read, review and effectively respond to electronic as well as verbal communications. This position supports an IT operations environment. Candidates may need to support work on nights and weekends and may be included in an on-call rotation for after-hours support. Currently, the contract work location requirement is to work in the office at the customer’s site once weekly at a minimum. This is subject to change. The projected compensation range for this position is $76,400-$127,300. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
