Collins Aerospace is seeking a Procurement Analyst to join the Air Traffic Systems (ATS) team within the Connected Aviation Solutions (CAS) organization.
You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, awarding, documenting, and managing suppliers for material, service-based, and return to vendor (RTV) requirements. You will be responsible for placing requirements on purchase orders in a fast-paced deadline driven environment, in the most efficient and compliant manner. You’ll work with a variety of Air Traffic Control products, including computer hardware, monitors, keyboards, racks, cables, timing systems, power supplies, and even the nuts and bolts that keep everything running! Every piece of equipment you procure helps to maintain the precision and reliability of our air traffic control systems.
Compliance to all policies and procedures
Identify qualified suppliers for program requirements
RFQ (request for quote) activities
Analyze supplier quotes and make sourcing decisions
Perform price analysis
Supplier negotiations on price, lead times and terms & conditions
Purchase Order documentation
Ensure requirements (prime contract, quality, terms and conditions) are properly communicated to suppliers
Post-award ownership in accordance with company directives and work instructions
Communicate and work frequently cross-functionally with in the business

Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and less than 2 years prior relevant experience.
U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, or granted refugee or asylee status) as defined here: https://www.ecfr.gov/current/title-22/chapter-I/subchapter-M/part-120/subpart-C/section-120.62
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Qualifications We Prefer:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration finance or related field
Prior experience with price analysis
Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities (multi-task) with a sense of urgency
Team player with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently, conduct research, and gather data to develop informed positions and analyses
Adapts well to change
Prior procurement experience
Experience using SAP (Procurement functions, Business Warehouse, Business Objects)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including Pivot Tables, lookups, Macros, etc)
Experience with Six Sigma and productivity improvement
Master's degree a plus

The salary range for this role is 53,000 USD - 103,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
