Sales Executive II
A successful National Sales Director at Fiserv is pivotal in expanding our Wholesale ISO and Full Service Processing (FSP) programs by strategically targeting and engaging new clients within an underserved marketplace. This role requires mastery of Fiserv's offerings, product sets, and unique market positioning, enabling the director to effectively lead the entire sales process—from determining pricing to negotiating proposals and finalizing contract discussions. This individual plays a crucial role in driving growth and ensuring that our value proposition aligns seamlessly with the needs of our prospects.
What You Will Do:
Organize and lead lead-generation activities, leveraging relationships and participating in industry trade shows.
Qualify leads and develop a strong pipeline of legitimate prospects aligned with our programs.
Understand prospects' businesses and align our value proposition with their needs.
Oversee the timely submission of new implementation requests and ensure a smooth transition to a partnering phase.
Maintain strong relationships with business leaders across the organization and ensure effective internal and external communication.
Provide executive-level reporting on sales efforts and strategies.
Engage deeply with Wholesale ISO and FSP prospects, coordinating a comprehensive engagement strategy across multiple stakeholders.
25-40 Travel Requirement
Proven experience in sales, particularly in expanding client bases within the financial services or payment processing industry.
Experience developing and executing lead generation strategies.
5+ years experience in negotiation and contract management skills.
Experience managing complex sales processes and maintaining relationships with senior-level executives.
Familiarity with Wholesale ISO and Full Service Processing (FSP) programs.
Experience with lead generation in financial services.
Understanding of the payment processing industry and its key players.
Skills in organizing and participating in industry trade shows.
Salary Range
$99,200.00 - $211,100.00
