The Field and Client Communications team is responsible for delivering timely, relevant, and concise communications. Fundamental to this role is streamlining and minimizing the amount of correspondence, resulting in a better field and client experience. The role reports to the Head of Field & Client Communications.
The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following:
Provide strategic direction to business partners on field and client communications including:
Guidance on appropriate use of channels dependent on message
Ensuring content is clear, concise and relevant for intended audience
Supporting partners in execution steps, when necessary
Partner with functional areas to define communication requirements
Drive the day-to-day management and execution of team priorities
Partner closely with risk partners to effectively manage risk and support audit requests
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across lines of business
Identify communication challenges and work cross-functionally to develop solutions to reduce pain-points and increase team efficiencies
Support special projects/ad-hoc deliverables with flexibility
Highly motivated, self-starter that can work autonomously and can independently take initiative
Outstanding time management skills and sound judgment
Detail and process-oriented with the ability to multi-task
Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to succinctly deliver complex messages
Ability to work across departments to influence others and build strong relationships
Confidence and comfort operating in high-paced and high-profile environments
Proficiency in all Microsoft programs including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Adobe Workfront recommended

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between 57000 and 115000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
