Are you passionate about helping others live independently and achieve their goals? We are seeking caring, dependable, and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and throughout the community in the Hanover, PA area.
This rewarding role allows you to build meaningful relationships while making a positive impact on someone's daily life.
What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one support in the home and community
- Assist with daily living activities and personal goals
- Support participation in community outings and activities
- Encourage independence and skill development
- Assist with transportation to appointments, recreational activities, and community events
- Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment
- Document services provided and communicate with the care team as needed

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass required background checks
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Experience working with individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities is a plus, but not required
