Title:
Interface Manager (PMC)
Position Overview: The Interface Manager (PMC) will be responsible for coordinating and managing interfaces with various stakeholders; The role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Arabic, and extensive experience in managing interfaces within Client projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage interfaces with all relevant stakeholders.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between all parties.
- Identify and resolve interface issues promptly.
- Maintain comprehensive records of all interface activities.
- Prepare and present interface management reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Process Letters of Assistance (LOAs), Requests for No Objection Certificates (NOCs), applications for new connections, and various permits.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in engineering or Master’s in business administration.
- Reading and writing proficiency in Arabic.
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ADNOC PMC as Lead Interface Engineer or Manager.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with EPC Contractor as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Engineering Consultant as Interface Manager, preferably with ADNOC projects.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
