Job Description
Job Summary: The Microsoft 365 Enablement Specialist is responsible for driving the adoption and effective use of Microsoft 365 tools and services within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to understand their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration. The specialist will also conduct training sessions, create documentation, and offer ongoing support to ensure that employees are leveraging Microsoft 365 to its fullest potential.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Leading the Microsoft Champions group, a network of enthusiastic and influential employees who advocate for and support the use of Microsoft products across the organization.
- Recommending training for the workforce based on analytics, feedback, and best practices to deliver effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Promoting Microsoft products and their benefits through various channels, such as SharePoint and Viva Engage.
- Introducing new products and features to the organization and providing guidance and support for their adoption and usage.
- Keeping up to date with the Microsoft roadmap and communicating relevant updates and changes to the stakeholders and users.
- Leading Copilot Chat adoption, a new AI-powered virtual assistant for employees.
- Hosting regular tech talks, where you showcase Microsoft products and features, share tips and tricks, answer questions, and solicit feedback from the audience.
- Offering education sessions to our Help Desk representatives regarding new features and products, guaranteeing their capability to assist our employees.
Qualifications

Education & Experience
- At least 3 years of experience in leading Microsoft 365 adoption and change management initiatives in a large and complex organization.
Certificates, Licenses, Registration
- Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals.
Technical Skills
- Advanced knowledge and skills in Microsoft 365 products, such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Planner, Forms, Stream, Engage, Clipchamp and Power Automate.
Other General Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple and engaging terms.
- A strong customer service orientation, with the ability to listen to and understand the needs and expectations of the users and stakeholders.
- A growth mindset, with the willingness to learn new things, embrace feedback, and adapt to changing situations.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $95,000
This range is based on national market data and may vary by location.
