What You Will Do
- Issue parts to production work orders from the enterprise resource system.
- Kitting and release of materials to production
- Identify, control and log age sensitive materials.
- Issue materials against proper documentation, maintain stock records.
- Receive, handle, count, check all materials, component parts and accept shipment with proper documentation.
- Unpack shipping containers to obtain shipping documents from vendors.
- Operate small material handling carts, hand tools such as screw drivers, hammers, pliers, pry bars, and nail pullers.
- Review documents and verify against physical count. Input data into the enterprise resource system, noting any discrepancies and advising purchasing and planning of discrepancies.
- Compile records and maintain data such as waybills, logs, files, purchase, and receipt records.
- Pack product using heat seal machine, air hose, etc.
- Select cartons, crates, boxes, use of proper bracing to prevent damage in transit.
- Keep materials equipment, stock, loading, staging and work areas neat, safe and orderly.
- Transact with enterprise resource system – input data, completions, and stock adjustments
- Handle parts or materials to and from containers to various heights of shelves
- Other duties as assigned by supervision.
Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:
- Work from written instructions and supervisory instruction.
- Demonstrated administrative and cognitive planning skills.
- Complete written records appropriate to job.
- Be a self-motivated problem solver, able to work independently
- Follow procedures, instructions and completion of forms with accuracy.
- Become proficient in completing a shipping order.
- Handle/lift objects as required up to 25 lbs.
- Conform to job related safety and quality practices.
- Ability to quickly learn computer software programs, and input accurate transactions
- Ability to read and understand operating/assembly instructions, travel cards, department schedules
- Strong communication skills

Qualifications You Must Have
- Must be a U.S. Person/Permanent Resident "Green Card" holder
- Computer skills: enterprise resource systems (SAP preferred), Microsoft Office suite.
- Able to perform basic math functions, i.e. adding and subtracting, multiplication & division, and knowledge of units of measure
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.

The hourly rate range for this role is 24.94/hr to 25.95/hr; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.
