Responsibilities
- Engage with potential customers to understand their roofing needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and customer preferences to tailor sales strategies effectively.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement business development initiatives.
- Manage accounts effectively, building strong relationships with clients.
- Conduct B2B sales activities to expand the customer base and increase sales revenue.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote roofing services and products.
- Utilize technology sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track leads and manage customer interactions.
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain roofing products and services to customers.
- Fluency in Spanish to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers.
