Job Description
The Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) team is a world-class commercial organization experiencing tremendous growth as we expand into new payment flows and continue to grow our core solutions. Our team brings payment solutions and associated services to clients around the globe. Our global clients and partners deploy our solutions to serve the needs of Small Businesses, Middle Market Clients, Large Corporate Clients, Multi Nationals and Governments. We work closely with Issuers, Merchants, FinTechs and other ecosystem players to deliver these services. We believe that the market is at an inflection point whereby Visa can play a larger role in building and delivering solutions around the world.
Job Scope and Responsibilities
As a member of the VCS Commercial Operations team this individual will be focused on ensuring VCS runs effectively and efficiently and identifying and executing opportunities where the business unit can improve. The analyst will report to the VP of the team and work closely with multiple teams in and outside of VCS.
Examples of responsibilities include:
- Executive presentation support: Develop talking points and presentations for Global Head of VCS
- Knowledge management: Develop and maintain platform where VCS and partner organizations can reference/utilize key presentations and case studies
- Data aggregation, synthesis and insights for operating rhythms: Monthly Business Reviews, Quarterly Business Reviews, earnings calls, sales incentive plans
- Ad hoc analysis: Drive analysis and due diligence to provide key business insights for high-priority initiatives (e.g. go-to-market strategies, revenue acceleration opportunities, scenario analyses, competitive intelligence)
- Organizational alignment: Drive continuous organizational alignment for the business and provide rigor and discipline to run an effective business operating model
- Performance management: Design and manage sales reports and dashboards in Power BI to track sales performance and progress against the target
- Sales enablement: Find and address potential areas of improvement and opportunity in the sales cycle
- Planning: Assist in evaluating global and regional initiatives to increase revenue
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

- Relevant work experience in management consulting, strategy, finance, or operations
- Analytical experience and ability to learn excel, Power BI, and MS Dynamics
- Experience developing presentations for senior audiences
- Ability to influence successfully in a matrixed and virtual organization

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 113,700.00 to 160,600.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
