Business Agile ADA and User Acceptance Tester, Chase Auto Agile Transformation
As a Business Agile American with Disabilities Act (ADA) and User Acceptance Tester (UAT) in Auto Finance, you will be a part of the Auto Finance & Drive Product, responsible for coordination and execution of testing for Accessibility as well as User Acceptance Testing (UAT) within the Engage and Manage Area product.

Job responsibilities
- Own and manage the end to end test management process including, but not limited to: Test schedule creation, test plan creation and execution, readiness reviews, go/no go calls, and production implementation/validation
- Own the creation and execution of test scripts and all required controls documentation including defect identification and own the end to end defect resolution process
- Build and execute automation for functional and regression test cases; expanding regression with each release as required
- Facilitate cross-product coordination of test management functions, including with vendors
- Measure and communicate progress with leadership to ensure implementations are delivered on time and with minimal defects
- Timely identify and escalate risks, mitigants, and steps being taken to minimize risk
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- ADA Testing experience
- 3+ years’ experience creating and executing accessibility testing across multiple devices and platforms
- 3+ years’ experience in a UAT role - ideally within a Product.
- Extensive experience on various types of testing types such as Integration, System, Functional, Regression, Smoke, User Interface and UAT performance monitoring
- Experience with test planning, test execution and defect management
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time, prioritize, and escalate appropriately
- Exceptional teamwork and leadership skills with ability to organize and coordinate testing efforts with Business Users as well as influence design for best testable outcome
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- 2+ years of experience in Automating test scripts
- 2+ years of experience working with developers and project and/or enterprise release managers
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies and testing methods (Behavior Driven Development, Test Driven Development, Exploratory)
- JAWS, WCAG
