You will be at the forefront of Airborne RADAR management, developing advanced signal processing algorithms, and creating high-fidelity simulation environments for performance evaluation and software validation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Airborne RADAR systems.
Develop and optimize signal processing algorithms to enhance RADAR performance.
Create and maintain high-fidelity simulation environments for rigorous performance evaluation and software validation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Utilize C++ for developing, testing, and optimizing software components critical to RADAR systems.

Basic Qualifications:Signal Processing expertise.
Familiarity with RADAR signal processing concepts, such as Detection, Estimation, and Tracking.
Experience with RF, RADAR, or Communications Systems.
Proficient in MATLAB (advanced to intermediate level).
Intermediate C++ proficiency.
Experience with Simulation Frameworks.
Software development experience.
Familiarity with Gitlab and Git.
Agile Framework experience.
**Active Secret Clearance is needed to start**
Desired Skills:JIRA experience.
Experience with advanced RADAR signal processing techniques.
Knowledge of and experience with missile systems and SWAPC-constrained systems.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
