WHAT WE'RE DOINGThe F-35 Training and Logistics team is in an exciting time as we are focused on the strategic objectives of air system alignment, product relevancy, sustainment operational excellence, and having an engaged and motivated team. We have a need for a Senior Manager of New Business & Strategy (NB&S). This position reports to the Vice President of F-35 Training and Logistics.
THE WORK• Responsible for leading the F-35 Training and Logistics Market Segment in the pursuit of new business, on contract growth, and development of strategy.
• This individual will guide the market segment’s tech advances, product roadmap alignment, and modernization efforts to support the team’s strategic objectives and our customer’s missions.
• This individual will coordinate and synchronize activities with LM RMS and Aero business development, program management offices, IRAD teams, international teams, and build and maintain relationships with JPO Training and Simulation Systems PMO, and US and international service representatives.
• This leader will be responsible for customer engagement execution, new business fund (NBF) execution, and pipeline alignment across development, production, and sustainment activities.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
