What You Will Be DoingAs a Manufacturing Support Team Member Sr, you will lead and assist Toolmakers with technical questions about the build process of Tooling and Laser Tracker Metrology.
• Occasionally domestic and international travel to support Tooling efforts, will also fill in as acting supervisor when needed.

Basic Qualifications:• Experience with Tooling fabrication, specifically with fiberglass and composite tooling, Gage Tooling, apply fixtures, &/or trim tools (designed and non-designed).
• Working knowledge of Laser Tracker &/or SA software.
• Experience with reading all designs, Tooling, &/or engineering.
• Experience interpreting the tool function as it relates to the production part fabrication.
• Experience in one or more areas of manufacturing operations processes &/or the Production fabrication processes.
Desired Skills:• 5+ years’ experience of Tooling fabrication, specifically Soft Tooling as well as Gage Tooling, apply fixtures, trim tools, designed and non-designed.
• Ability to create a tool fabrication plan to build tools from, small simple tools to a large complex assembly tool.
• Proficient at using Microsoft office applications like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Material machining experience and the ability to train employees using manual Mills and Lathes to fabricate tooling details.
• Access to systems like STARS, SFM, EDMS, PDM, and SFM is a plus; also experience with software systems CATIA and SM.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
