Who You Are
Representing part of Global Supply Chain Management Team (GSC) as a Subcontract Manager, Senior Staff member
What You Will Be Doing
This is a lead role on a team of SCM members who support Production and Sustainment contracts related to multiple Program requirements. Within this role, you will lead activities that include but not limited to: managing Long Term Agreement (LTA) Contracts across multiple Programs, preparing requests for proposals, evaluating proposals related to production and/or sustainment, assist in negotiations, purchase order and contract creation/documentation, purchase order maintenance, managing contractual delivery schedules to align with program demands, understanding procurement activity under the guidance of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), and communicate across multi-functions and multi-level platforms.
This position directly support's Lockheed Martin Intra-Work Transfer Authorizations (IWTA) team.
Potential travel might be required for this position.

Basic Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• SAP or similar ERP experience
• Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR)
• Procurement experience within aerospace technologies or similar industry
• Team Lead or Mentor experience
Desired Skills:• Experience handling multiple tasks with competing priorities
• Experienced Communicator; comfortable interfacing with Executive Senior Leadership
• Experience collaborating effectively across multiple functional areas

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
