In this Finance Management Senior role you will be supporting the Integrated Air & Missile Defense team.
What You Will Be Doing
The individual selected for this position will be responsible for the coordination and establishment of program financial objectives & forecasts, quarterly contract status reviews (CSRs), including the development of accurate estimates to complete (ETCs), and variance analysis. The candidate will analyze the programs' financial performance and provide analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial CSR and long range plan (LRP) positions. Additionally, communicate with multiple functional divisions, and generate discussions and provide recommendations from a finance perspective to support all program and company financial objectives. They will also be responsible for ad hoc requests and contract closeouts as needed..
For a level 4, we typically require 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

Basic Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the CSR and LRP processes
• Strong understanding of Orders, Sales, Profit and Cash financial metrics
• Strong working knowledge of EFS System and Model Data Reporting (MDR)
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn computer interface and perform basic business functions including application of cost analysis principles.
• Proficient in MS Excel – Possess the capacity for the development and use of pivot tables, as well as other advanced Excel applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude to facilitate results, self-starter attitude, process oriented, structured problem solver, attention to detail.
• Working Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) procedures and policies.
Desired Skills:
• Demonstrated ability to interact with high level personnel in the organization.
• Advanced proficiency with MS Office suite applications; Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines.
• Proactive, self-starter that is willing to ask questions and learn,
• Be able to build in-person relationships in order to gain data, perform analysis,
• Provide recommendations and solve problems or complete tasks with little supervision.
• Good communication skills to ask questions and generate discussions in meetings.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
