Description:Lockheed Martin's Archbald facility specializes in design, manufacturing, and engineering for both domestic and international customers. It produces electronic assemblies, machined and welded assemblies/parts, and safety-critical systems for various defense and commercial applications. The site is renowned for its awards and contributions to missile systems, nuclear instrumentation, and control products.
What You Will Be Doing
In this role, you will act as Supervisor for Electro/Mechanical Assembly area with potential for supervising Surface Mount Circuit Card assembly, Electrical harness and cabinet assemblies, and high-volume electro-mechanical assemblies. You'll be responsible for managing a team to meet Quality, Schedule, and Cost targets for multiple programs. Prior experience in a similar type of manufacturing environment is required. Conflict resolution skills and the ability to build respectful and trusting working relationships along with motivational skills and the ability to energize teams is considered a plus. Candidate should have experience in a manufacturing organization and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and demonstrated performance of implementation. Some engineering work will be required including updating work instructions, assisting in planning new production areas, and improving existing work cells.
This position typically requires 5+ years of related experience.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent related experience
• Prior leadership experience
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing techniques
• Microsoft office suite knowledge and skills
• Ability to track and manage cost, quality, and schedule, in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to define problems, collect data, and make the necessary improvements
• Ability to obtain a secret security clearance so therefore must be a US Citizen

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
