Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Senior Developer responsible for implementing ServiceNow solution design using best industry and ServiceNow practices Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements Design and develop solutions within the ServiceNow environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, flow, workflow, UI policies, UI actions, Business Rules, ACLs, UI Builder, and any other configurations required to support client processes Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead Develops applications, forms, which include advanced development requiring client and server-side scripting. Creates and troubleshoots forms, workflows, interfaces, business rules, User Interface (UI) Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs, notifications, UI Pages, UI Macros, Script Includes, and Formatters Implementation experience with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB and Integrations and Custom App development Help to groom development stories to ensure best practices are followed and provide guidance on solutioning Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with team lead and other developers Lead efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows Develop ServiceNow solutions and push developments from DEV to TEST to PROD using Agile methodologies Provide guidance to ServiceNow developers Create and use update sets and XMLs to move customer configuration and data between environments Minimum Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience. An additional 5 years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree 7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform – ITAM including SAM, CMDB, Discovery, MID Servers, Workflow/Notifications, Workspaces, UI Policies, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, ACL Roles / Groups At least 4 years of experience in implementation and development of ServiceNow applications and integration with third party applications At least 4 years of experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform using Flow Designer, Workflow Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, Angular.js, PowerShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP integrations Experience with JavaScript, HTML, Ajax, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery, Jelly, Angular.js, PowerShell, XML, JSON, REST/SOAP integrations Administration of a ServiceNow instance including the delegation of roles/groups, modification of Service Portal, CMS, Workflow, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, Client Scripts, Data Policies, Inbound Actions, Import Sets, Catalog Items/Order Guides/Record Producers/Wizards, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions Demonstrated experience in Scripting, integration hub and flow designer with hands on configuration Experienced in End-to-End System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes including customer requirement analysis, system design, testing and implementation Team player and good communication skills Experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations Preferred Qualifications: ServiceNow Certifications: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Software Asset Management (SAM) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Discovery ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) Experience developing ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Governance Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) modules including good understanding of Authority Documents, Citations, Policies, Control Objectives, Acknowledgment Campaigns, Entity Types, Risk and Audit processes in ServiceNow Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience (Software Asset Management, CMDB, MID Server and Discovery) Skills with using JavaScript, REST and SOAP integrations Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings Clearance Requirements: U.S. citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust - Tier 2 clearance Physical Requirements: Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/Talking and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. The projected compensation range for this position is $122,600-$204,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
