This position reports to the North America Finance Director and will be responsible for managing FP&A processes to establish strategies and implement reporting and process initiatives across the region. The focus will be on driving the regional financial planning and analysis function with an emphasis on performance improvement, providing quality management information, and furthering the development of scalable reporting systems and processes, analytical tools, and key performance metrics. The ability to collaborate across all functional areas of the business constructively and efficiently, within a fast-paced, manufacturing-intensive environment is key.
Position Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to all regional FP&A leaders
- Provide department level planning and analysis support for DFS NA functions
- Willingness and ability to gather, test & scrub data sets for use in financial models
- Create or improve operational efficiencies by process improvement and automation of source data flow through financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes
- Work closely with teams across all departments on projects to establish operational and reporting requirements, identify relevant resources and tools, and push projects to completion
- Reporting of financial results to Dover Fueling Solutions’ management teams
- Develop financial strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to strategic thinking and direction
- Develop and implement business strategic plans with the leadership team. Work closely with the leadership team to capitalize on new business and market opportunities
- Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies and regulatory action
- Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the organization, i.e., evaluation of potential alliances, acquisitions and/or mergers
- Develop and ensure strong relationships with operations, product management, engineering and DFS Global FP&A

Qualification Requirements:
- Minimum BS or equivalent work experience in Accounting, Finance, or other related discipline; MBA and CPA certification preferred
- 10+ years’ experience in financial analysis management with proven technical expertise and leadership in driving operational finance standards, processes and procedures
- 3 - 5 years of strategic FP&A experience
- Solid manufacturing-related business acumen, including working knowledge and experience with standard, job and activity-based costing
- Ability to gather, test & scrub data sets for use in financial models
- Proven strong working knowledge of integrated financial consolidation software
- Expert user of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Oracle or another modern ERP
