This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to GM Global Technical Center three times per week, at minimum.
We are seeking to hire a Business Analyst - Charging & Home Energy Management to support incentives for GM Energy Charging and Home Energy Management products. This role will work cross-functionally, supporting the GTM and Sales Operations team for retail planning for GM Charging products & GM Energy Home Management Systems & Software. This role will produce results that don’t need explaining by providing the team with the tools, data, and resources to enable the sales team to drive the business. This individual will work with GTM/Sales & finance to get the support and talking points to support charging hardware and service sales in a customer focused manner while growing the GM Energy Brand.
- Work cross functionally through GM Energy with Analysis, forecasting and finance to develop and communicate incentives to support GM charging and Home Energy management sales .
- Perform analytics to analyze current sales tactics and operations within the company.
- Build and drive various initiatives to support the Sales, Aftersales, and or Marketing operations.
- Build and manage relationships both internally and externally i.e.; Marketing, Sales, Legal, Agencies, GM partners, etc.
- Work closely with the Strategic Partnerships including GM Financial on financing and other offers
- Support Assistant GTM Managers in brand & vehicle integrations.
- Develop & maintain competitive & intelligence.
- Support pricing and sales incentive initiatives on GM Energy portfolio, in collaboration with GM Energy Finance.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
