Your Impact
The primary responsibility of this role is to capture and manage the promotional plan and ensure alignment between the P&I team and Merchandising groups. This role includes responsibility for ensuring accurate and complete promotional detail is entered into Lowe's complex promotional systems (Promolink and MPT System) and that the in-market execution matches the intent as defined by merchants. This role will assist with execution of strategic efforts associated with process improvements and capability building as they relate to promotional tools.
What you will do
• Supports two merchant divisions
• Attends meetings to capture merchant's promotional strategies, opinions, and priorities and documents meeting discussions to synthesize an provide input where necessary
• Ensures accurate data entry of all promotions into Promolink and MPT systems and manages the day-to-day updates and changes from merchants and P&I team
• Assists in identification and recommendation of potential improvements in pricing and promotions tool capability as well as general processes and participates in change and project management efforts directed towards these efforts
• Leads tactical tab meetings to ensure all data has been collected and entered correctly and is an accurate representation of merchant objectives; communicates promotion details and execution plan for review and confirmation from team
• Maintains accuracy of promotions from inception through execution by providing daily analytics and data of promotion activity
• Identifies and recommends increased systematic efficiency opportunities, by embracing a solution oriented approach, to connect day-to-day administrative insights and findings to drive process improvement
• Translates merchant promotions into a language the rigid structure of Lowe's systems can use and execute; develops reporting from systems to share data and insights with the team

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business, Marketing, or related field and 3+ years combined experience in pricing, merchandising, marketing or finance or related field
Preferred Qualifications:
• 2 years' experience in analyzing data and translating business objectives/goals into actionable pricing and promotional recommendations
• 2 years' experience in pricing, merchandising, marketing or finance
