Active-duty service members are invited to join the SkillBridge program at FedEx where you will learn the skills to support our global vehicles organization by disassembling, repairing, and assembling non-powered ground support equipment (GSE). Gain hands on exposure to our organization through the mentorship of experienced team members.

Program eligibility requirements:
• Must be an active-duty service member
• Must be within 180 days of active-duty discharge
• Must possess a valid driver's license in state of residence
Fabricator post-program requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and maneuver any weight above 50 pounds with assistance on a regular basis
- Four (4) years welding or fabricator type experience
- Must possess a valid driver's license in state of residence
