About the Role:
The Salesforce Administrator II will be working directly with business leaders to translate business needs into functional Salesforce solutions. This will require a deep understanding of Salesforce’s capabilities and a strong ability to collaborate with business stakeholders. The Salesforce Administrator II will also act as team lead to oversee day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance, and improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role reports directly to the CEO.
Primary Responsibilities:
Take on tech roadmap quarterly projects and stakeholder requests as lead and collaborate with other RevOps members (50%)
- Lead or participate in Salesforce-related projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Analyze business processes and recommend improvements or automation through Salesforce solutions.
- Lead weekly / bi-weekly meetings to update business leaders on project progress and listen to new business requirements
- Conduct demo training sessions with operational stakeholders to promote user adoption of new Salesforce configurations
- Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials
- Meet with external vendors to determine if needs will be met before implementation.
- Research and recommend best practices for onboarding new integrations.
Management and supervision of Salesforce administration and maintenance (50%)
- Manage the creation and adjustments of process automations, including but not limited to flows, process builders, workflows, approval process, field updates, validation rules
- Manage the creation of new and existing custom objects and fields
- Routine system data cleanup, field usage audit
- Directly/indirectly assist with onboarding new users and manage user profiles and permission set assignments
- Manage Salesforce support team if needed to troubleshoot bugs and key functionality issues
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate Salesforce with other systems. Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices, and implement necessary upgrades.
- Provide 3rd party integration support to end users for various apps including but not limited to Gong Engage, HubSpot, Leandata, Five9, Celigo, Netsuite, Skedulo, Formstack, Conga Composer, SUMO Scheduler, etc.
- Work with integration support teams to identify and resolve issues
Other Responsibilities

- Assist with audits as needed by QA

Position Requirements:
- Currently possess a Salesforce Admin Certification
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
- 2-4 years of working experience in fast paced administrative sales role with senior and junior level sales professionals
- Experience working with sales leaders, sales, and operational support staff
- Must have the ability to proactively communicate issues and/or blockages and make solution recommendations
- Must have ability to do self-guided research and learn to solve problems as they emerge
- Must be willing to learn new tolls and technologies to help maintain the Salesforce stack.
Salary range: $100,000-$120,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits package
