Seeking a self-motivated Windows server administrator to join our team!
Must have both technical skills and sound judgment to provide non-routine technical support for computer/data center operations for both physical and virtual server environments. You will be strong in Office 365 application administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint), Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, patching, security remediation and Virtual hosting technologies. In addition, you will have knowledge of various cloud platforms AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
Role can be remote within the US.
Responsibilities:
- Develops complex technical skill and judgment to provide non-routine technical support for computer/data center operations for both physical and virtualized environment.
- Provides guidance and expertise to install, configure and troubleshoot server and non-desktop computer hardware, software, systems and other resources in a data center or other centralized
computer network setting.
- Manages access control, data integrity and file system security for the computer/data center environment.
- Manages, tracks and records system performance and utilization metrics.
- Manages the communication behind highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.
- Recommends process, hardware and software solutions, including new acquisitions and upgrades, to improve computer/data center efficiency.
- Achieves development of information technology and infrastructure projects which support on/off premise and Infrastructure-as-a-Service solutions.
- Manages the internal or external, client-focused, working in conjunction with Professional Services and outsourcing functions.
- Manages company-wide, web-enabled and cloud-technology solutions.
- Works with various security departments to remediate security findings.
- Identifies and creates process improvements through automation and/or AI technologies.

Salary: USD 104400.00 - USD 156600.00 Yearly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
