The Sr. Analyst of Marketing Event & Integration will work with campaign teams to develop actionable quarterly promotional requests using the GTM calendar, with an understanding of the marketing event intent and competitive insights. These requests will then evolve into promotional plans/offers through the Promo Strategy and Pricing team. Once the promotional plans are finalized, they will be cascaded to the relevant category and channel planning teams to run their campaigns. This position is responsible for ensuring Lowe's top planned promotions for DIY and Pro are appropriately captured, aggregated, summarized and communicated to campaign teams and other marketing stakeholders.
What you will do
- Represents the Marketing Calendar including Marketing Event & Intent Strategy (Tier 1, MLR/MLPR, Online Only). Responsible for identifying key themes and value messaging by week each quarter.
- Ensures the omni channel value messages are consistent across all customer touchpoints and channels. Responsible for selecting the Top Offers and Featured products for amplication based on role of channel and event intent.
- Leads and oversees the action plan for business-critical changes needed impacting promotional and marketing plans between Merchandising, Marketing, Promotion & Execution, Store Comms teams.
- Monitors competitive landscape for top categories, top offers, and key competitor’s promo plans and presents a weekly summary of data driven opportunities and setbacks to leadership.
- Cascades promotional direction and strategies created by the Promo Strategy Leadership team to other relevant category/promo planning teams.
- Identifies opportunities for new/different promo innovation. Works with Manager to prioritize opportunities for test and learn.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree Marketing or relevant field
- 3+ years Marketing, merchandise or related experience
- 1+ years' experience running a P&L or working alongside P&L owners
- 1+ years working cross functionally
