The Manager, Brand Advertising is the key point-of-contact for marketing's 360 (Major) campaigns. They create and manage creative job schedules in Workfront, partner with our creative Agency Of Record, ensure the scope & budget are in alignment and report on their creative job progress on a daily and weekly basis. The key metrics for success are to deliver creative that builds and enforces our brand, stays true to our strategy, and ultimately delivered on time and within budget. This role is responsible for the management, creative strategy and elevated 360 creative which includes co/leading creative kick-offs, tracking progress of creative jobs, driving teams to unique creative, communicating expectations, and representing Lowe's as the client to external agency partners, our Integrated Agency Team. As a Manager, Brand Advertising they work directly with the Creative Operations team to ensure all aspects of creative delivery are accounted for in department-wide project plans. The Manager, Brand Advertising is also responsible for running highly complex and/or impactful productions. This requires creative expertise across multiple channels and creative disciplines, including photography, social media, broadcast TV, radio and video.
What you will do
•Aligns workload and resources quarterly with the Creative Operations team to ensure there is visibility to the upcoming work and time for production resource planning.
•Develop and maintain production schedules to be shared among Marketing and Creative teams.
•Develop resource plan to accomplish all requested jobs for the quarter
•Develop new and creative ways to bring the creative work to life.
•Responsible for planning and organizing Tier 1 kick-off sessions with internal and external partners
•Works with the Creative Operations team to ensure the workload is manageable and the budgets are managed with cost savings in mind. Creative jobs are tracked in Workfront and their status matched to the media distribution calendar and project timeline, ensuring jobs are delivered on time at the right specifications.
•Ensure all creative assets are routed through our internal legal partners following the established process, including real Red Vest Associate talent leveraged during production
•Manage the collection of creative output from internal partners and external vendors.
•Managing the delivery of final pieces to distribution platforms according to their specifications
•Interface with vendors and agencies to communicate delivery updates as well as creative updates and changes when necessary
•Works directly with the internal/external team to ensure timelines are being met and provide solutions to obstacles that may impact production schedules. The Manager, Brand Advertising is always staying ahead of what our competition is doing creatively and also looking at trends in the creative space.
•Develop new creative production processes to ensure efficient ways of working for the team
•Partners with Creative Director daily to review the status of all materials being created.
•Manage day to-day relationship with Media, Strategy, Project Management and Creative teams
•Partner with distribution teams to repurpose creative materials in order to reduce cost.
•Invest in the professional development of the internal/external team
•This position manages/supervises people
Required Qualifications:
•Bachelor's Degree Marketing, Communications, Broadcast, Digital Marketing and 7-10 Years General Marketing Experience
•5-7 years' experience in project management, traffic, creative delivery, production management
Preferred Qualifications:
•2+ years demonstrated ability to develop and lead high performing teams in a fast-paced environment
