Overview
A Sales Manager is part of the management team which includes a General Manager and other store leadership positions. The salary range for this position starts at $70,000-$72,000 annually.

Responsibilities
A Sales Manager is also responsible for
- Leading our selling effort, including elfa coaching and follow-up, growing our Organized Insider enrollment, partnering with the other managers to plan training initiatives, work with the team selling on the sales floor and guiding employee performance on the sales floor.
- Achievement of sales metrics, including overall sales goals, Custom Closets sales, average ticket growth, UPT increases and Organized Insider enrollment sales goals.

Qualifications

- You have at least five years of leadership and coaching experience where you’ve focused on developing and nurturing your team to achieve goals together.

- You understand retail is an ever-changing industry and you possess strong time management and organizational skills to lead your store team to achieve excellent results.
