We are seeking an energetic Customer Success Representative to work with our large base of existing retail clients and help them with all of their product ordering needs.
VIIA Hemp is a rapidly growing DTC and B2B company with the mission to enhance everyday experiences through the use of federally legal hemp products. We are a rapidly growing company with ambitious goals as we continue to grow our national brand presence. We're just missing one part, that's you, our Customer Success Representative (CSR).
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team. As a CSR, you will be responsible for building relationships with current and potential customers, educating on VIIA Hemp's offerings, sending campaigns on new product releases and promotional specials, closing sales, invoicing customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing journey. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for hemp/ cannabis product sales and excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls to current and potential customers to introduce VIIA Hemp products.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sales agreements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Utilize Pipedrive CRM to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Invoice customers and place shipments through our fulfillment warehouses.
- Send email campaigns to keep customers up to date with sales and offerings.
Qualifications:
- Have a minimum of 1-year applicable work experience as a CSR in a software or product based company, and a B.A./B.S. degree.
- Fluent in English
- Be a hard-working, self-starter, and willing to achieve a high volume of activity every day while maintaining a positive and energetic persona.
- Have positive, effective phone skills: including excellent listening, presentation, and objection handling, as well as strong writing skills.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, ensuring accurate entry and management of lead data in our CRM system.
Be proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (e.g., Google Docs, MS-Office, Pipedrive, Salesforce or similar CRM, Web-conferencing, Outreach, Zoominfo)
- Be a team player with the highest level of integrity.
