Outreach lead
Key Role:
Enhance the client experience, leveraging your expertise in survey management and impact measurement to drive meaningful improvements. Develop and execute outreach programs, analyze client feedback, and implement data-drive strategies to foster strong relationships and elevate overall satisfaction. Design and execute comprehensive outreach strategies to effectively engage clients and improve their experience with our services. Conduct in-depth stakeholder analysis and develop tailored engagement plans to address diverse stakeholder needs and concerns. Build and maintain strong relationships with team members, stakeholders, and public health clients through regular communication, feedback collection, and personalized support. Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights and measure client satisfaction. Analyze survey data and other metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach programs and client interactions. Provide actionable recommendations based on analysis to drive improvements. Collaborate across functional teams, including adoption, customer success, and product development, to implement system- or process-based solutions, ensure alignment, and enhance client interactions. Create and deliver regular reports on outreach activities, survey findings, client feedback, and program outcomes to senior leadership. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve outreach strategies, client engagement techniques, and measurement approaches.
Basic Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in outreach, or client relations with a proven track record of successful client engagement initiatives
Experience in designing, implementing, and analyzing client surveys, interviews, and feedback mechanisms
Experience using data to measure the impact of outreach efforts and derive actionable insights for program involvement
Experience in managing projects and programs, including planning, execution, and evaluation
Experience in leading and mentoring teams, including managing staff, providing guidance and feedback, and fostering a collaborative culture to achieve team and organizational goals
Experience in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience in using data to drive decision-making and measure success
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
Experience in the Public Health field
Experience with survey tools, data analysis tools, and outreach platforms
Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Possession of excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster strong client relationships
PMP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $96,600.00 to $220,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
