Join us as a Business Planning Implementation Specialist. In this five-to-six-month contract role, based at the Canadian Headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario, you will be part of the Business Planning team and will help our Account Executives ensure accuracy and completeness to their forecasts and will execute replication of future plans into the new upgraded system, support training team members on the system/metrics and cover the implementation of the new system upgrade.
HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Leads and resolves system set-up issues, creates necessary IT tickets and gives visibility of IT ticket progress and resolution. Provides best practices to resolve known user errors and gathers feedback toward best practices of unknown user errors.
- Working with external partners as well as broader North American Business Planning team to identify best practices and system or input opportunities to improve implementation of Account business plans.
- Provides feedback to IT, External Partners & COE Business Planning team on recommended enhancements to ensure effective implementation of new TPM system in Canada.
YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS
- University Degree with an emphasis in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in Marketing or Sales related position, such as account management, shopper marketing, and/or trade marketing
- Proven project management skills with a bias for action
- A minimum of two years analytical work experience is required.
- Firm understanding of promotional methodology and management is required. Excel expertise is required.
- Proven efficiency working in Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, is required.
- Ability to work in conditions, which include multiple and sometimes conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints is required.
- Previous experience communicating complex and/or detailed information to multiple individuals/audiences with differing knowledge levels, both in writing and verbally, is required.
- Advanced technical ability in TPM.
