Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Support Commercial Loan Servicing; proactively seek ways to improve processes. Perform moderately complex customer support tasks. Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions. Interact with client personnel on a range of information.
Responsibilities:
- Will be supporting operations within the & Payment team within Commercial/ wholesale Lending.
- Research and post transactions that do not process through auto-pay.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Strong data entry skills.
- Understanding of transactions.
- Previous Banking/Financial Services operations experience.
- User level experience with Loan IQ and AFS (Preferred)
- Previous RDO experience. (Preferred)
- Previous GSS experience (Preferred)
