Description: You will be the Control Account Manager (CAM) and Proposal Support with our Supply Operations and Logistic (SO&L) organization in Fort Worth, TX. Our team is responsible for a portfolio of accounts in support of the F35 and Integrated Fighter Group (IFG) programs.
What You Will Be Doing
As Proposal Support, you will ensure accurate and on-time Basis of Estimates (BOE) are provided to meet Foreign Military Sales (FMS)/Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts and Growth targets. Coordinate closely with respective Program Manager(s) and Control Account Manager(s) to ensure timely and accurate BOE submittals. You will take the lead with working with the Supply Operations Directorate teams, Item Management teams, and the F35 or IFG Strategic Integrators on working on proposal development, Technical Statement of Work (TSOW) development, and supporting the Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) process for current and future programs.
As a CAM, you will manage the cost, schedule, and technical scope for multiple control accounts tied to any of the following areas: Repairs, Spares, Mod Programs, Provisioning, 3PL Warehousing, and others. You will perform activities associated with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) for assigned portfolio.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education.
• Previous Cost/Control Account Management, Project Management, Accounting, Scheduling, and/or Finance experience.
• Previous experience authoring of Basis of Estimates (BOE) and/or proposal development for aerospace program contracting.
• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Office tools including Power Point and Excel (including pivot tables, conditional formatting, and creating charts or dashboards from a data set).
Desired Skills:
• Prior Cost Account Management / EVMS Experience (CAM 101 Certified) preferred
• SAP Proficiency
• Supply Performance Based Logistics contracts experience
• Previous Sustainment Experience in Mod Programs, Repair and Return Programs, and/or PSI/PBL Programs.
• Solid written, presentation and communication skills along with demonstrated success in utilizing Earned Value (EV) Management, developing, and managing integrated master schedules, and performing critical path and financial analysis.
• Accept responsibility, accountability, and exercise authority to ensure task cost, schedule, and technical success is achieved
• Familiarity with IFG or F-35 supply execution systems, tools, processes.
• Experience with APTS, Contracts, Proposals
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Experience managing and meeting deadlines and projects (cost and schedule)
• Desire to enhance program management skills including communication, the ability to deal with unforeseen challenges, and building strong relationships

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
