What We’re DoingOur Team, the Command and Control, Battle Management and Communications (C2BMC) Global team, is engineering, developing and integrating new capability for the Missile Defense System that currently protects the United States and its allies. The team, as a whole, is very large but is broken down into many smaller agile teams that work together in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Our team is also responsible for tasks such as Sensor/Weapon Integration, Algorithm Development, User Interface Development, Automated Testing, Cyber Security and enhancing other critical, leading-edge missile defense technologies.
The Work- Integrating JEMINI Lab test suites in our development lab
- Assisting software development personnel with the investigation and resolution of issues; develop configurations to support test and prototypes of developing systems
- Creating and modifying scripts to perform data analysis of input, internal, and output message data
- Troubleshooting both test and prototype issues; develop troubleshooting procedures and work-around documents; review and provide feedback of system specifications, development, test, network documents as necessary, and represent the Integration team
- Automating scripting to configure and maintain remote hosts

Together, this national team supports the design, development, test, integration and fielding of hardware and software elements that enable the Missile Defense System (MDS) to function effectively and continually. You will also have the opportunity to interface with our key customers in the Missile Defense Agency (MDA).
You will collaborate with a diverse team of technical professionals including software and systems engineers, architects, and our project engineering team.
As part of C2BMC-G you will support on site at Schriever Space Force Base located about 10 miles east of Colorado Springs, Colorado.
Basic Qualifications:- An active final secret clearance is required prior to starting
- Extremely proficient in Linux, scripting (bash, python)
- High-level understanding of automation and implementation
- Highly proficient in troubleshooting methods
- Working knowledge of virtualized environments and software testing
- Experience in the integration of system components within a test environment
- Familiarity with virtualized systems and security design and implementation
- Previous experience as a SW Tester/Integrator
- Hands-on experience with DoD/other integration processes, Agile and DevOps methodologies and automated test tools
Desired Skills:- TS clearance is a plus
- Experience developing scripts in Ansible
- Knowledge of Containerized Virtual Environments
- Experience with Windows Server and PowerShell scripting
- Experience setting up, configuring, and maintaining databases

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $100,400 - $192,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
