We are currently seeking a Compliance Specialist who will involve operational of Corporate Performance Management and customer facing. Ensure CPM operation efficient and provide customer support. Providing strong communication and organizational skills to efficiently coordinate the completion of each project's tasks and deliverables.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
To include, but not limited to the following:
- Assist internal auditors with revisions and updates to process workflows and SOX controls for Financial Close and Consolidations.
- Advise the top management on business operations relating to investment, risk and any other policy development.
- Coordinate program tasks between workstreams and proactively identify risks and dependencies.
- Develop risk management strategies and work with internal/external auditors for Qtr. Sox and compliance testing.
- Develop and implement new procedures to support changing accounting processes including cross-training, standard operating procedures, and desktop manuals.
- Work closely with other finance functions to promote OneStream Capability and Standard process across the globe.
- Liaise with other departmental heads to ensure that all business operations are in line with business policies.
- Assist Program Directors through the mobilize and create stages in conjunction with an Implementation leader.
- Own completion and tracking of key project documentation and deliverables.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Finance or equivalent
- 2+ years relevant business experience
- Demonstration strong problem solving, research skills and the ability to analyze independently and through a series of potential solutions.
- Great project management skills, including demonstrated ability to deliver projects on deadline that meets organizational needs.
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills and flexibility with changing priorities
- Experience with forecasts/planning for a multi-divisional company
- Strong MS Office Suite skills especially Excel

Benefits and Compensation:
This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $60,500 - $90,200, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
