Qualifications:
- General Lines Property & Casualty TX License (or willingness to obtain)
- General Lines Life, Accident, Health and HMO TX License (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven sales experience or strong client-facing background
- Driven to succeed and exceed goals
- Strong work ethic, leadership skills, and professional demeanor
- Ability to pass a financial and criminal background check
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and generate new business through leads and referral sources.
- Create insurance quotes, make sales presentations, and close sales.
- Meet new business production goals established by mentor agent.
- Maintain knowledge of new products.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns.
- Collaborate effectively within a supportive team environment.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
- Sales: 1 year (Required)
- Insurance Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
