- Diligently follow the organization's HSE policies, procedures, and mandatory instructions to proactively identify and mitigate environmental risks and ensure the well-being of oneself and colleagues in the workplace.
- Identify and address patterns of risky behavior within the team promptly, taking necessary actions to resolve issues and escalate serious concerns as appropriate to maintain a safe work environment.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations of all incidents and reports, offering expert advice to senior colleagues while minimizing risk exposures and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards through effective collaboration with internal functions to implement robust compliance programs.
- Execute audit assignments in designated client areas by developing individual audit plans, conducting detailed fieldwork, reporting findings and opinions, collaborating on corrective actions with auditees, and referring significant or contentious matters to the lead auditor for resolution.
- Efficiently address inquiries from internal and external customers or suppliers by providing information on intricate processes and relevant policies, referring complex issues to appropriate channels for policy interpretation when necessary.
- Assist colleagues in maximizing the utilization of internal communication systems by offering guidance, support, and advice to enhance communication efficiency and effectiveness within the organization.
- Support the collection of business requirements using diverse methods like interviews, document analysis, and workflow assessment to articulate requirements clearly and concisely for streamlined implementation.
- Compile and analyze data utilizing predefined tools, methods, and formats independently to derive meaningful insights and support informed decision-making processes within the organization.

- Compliance Management: 1 or more years of demonstrated compliance experience to ensure compliance with all safety regulations, standards, and policies to maintain a safe work environment
- Data Control: Skilled in managing safety-related data, maintaining accuracy, and utilizing data control measures to enhance safety protocols and procedures
- Planning and Organizing: Strong organizational skills to plan and coordinate safety initiatives, programs, and training sessions effectively
- Policy and Procedures: 1 or more years of experience in developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures to promote a culture of safety and compliance
- Health and Safety Assessments and Auditing: Proficient in conducting health and safety assessments, audits, and inspections to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and ensure regulatory compliance
- Risk Management: Experienced in identifying, assessing, and mitigating safety risks to protect employees, prevent accidents, and promote a safe working environment
