Nightwing seeks a Senior Contractor Support Administrator (CSA) in the Herndon, VA area to support a dynamic Intelligence Community-customer, in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for providing office support, to include tracking and scanning documents into a proprietary database system, ensuring metadata is attached and labeled according to client policies and procedures, answering phones, processing and tracking incoming and outgoing mail, managing and updating relevant standard operating procedures, working ad hoc tasks, assignments, and other duties, as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, have excellent writing skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Suite application - MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and familiar with Adobe.
The ideal candidate will enjoy working with a small team and comfortable speaking with various customers. The selected candidate will also perform case management taskings, including but not limited, entering information into the customer's proprietary systems, document scanning and indexing, and case tracking. Skills in accuracy and attention to details are a must. Hours of work is specific to maintaining that the office is open from 7am to 4pm, Monday - Friday.
Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with Polygraph Required Day 1
Mandatory Skills
Provide mail-processing support for the onsite client registry, Monday through Friday from 7am and 4pm
Strong customer service skills and comfortable speaking with others. Displays confidence
Knowledge of client guidelines for physical distribution of mailings; courier deliveries, etc.
Proficient writing and typing skills
Proficient in converting documents using Microsoft desktop applications and Adobe PDF
Ability to think independently, use sound judgement, but know when to ask questions
Ability to assist with drafting and editing Standard Operating Procedures
Ability to offer and implement process improvements
Energetic, motivated, patient, and demonstrates initiative
Accuracy and attention to detail skills are a must. Can follow step-by-step processes
Proficient with Outlook (email), comfortable responding to customers via email, converting documents, and using Excel for tracking information
Requires a minimum of six or more years of experience specific to the mandatory skills. A Bachelor's degree can be substituted for three years of experience

The salary range for this role is 70,000 USD - 142,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
