Our 2-year, rotational Global Supply Chain Development Program (GSCDP) provides challenging opportunities via rotational assignments across the organization. This unique program develops early career talent into well-rounded supply chain professionals with technical aptitude and leadership skills through comprehensive onboarding, individual development planning, mentoring and cross-collaborative networking. What You Will Do
The Global Supply Chain organization consists of a variety of roles including Buyers, Account Specialists, Strategic Sourcing Managers, Supplier Diversity, Supplier Accountability, Supplier Development, Automation, and so much more! Our primary functions include procurement, delivery assurance and supplier relationship management.
Program Highlights:
- Two year, three 8-month rotations, within the Global Supply Chain discipline
- This program includes on-site and hybrid roles - Relocation will be available
- Global Supply Chain discipline training & development plan
- Networking between all Operations Development Programs (Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Engineering, Materials Management & Logistics)
- Assignment of an alumni mentor who completed the program, peer mentor, and an on-the-job coach/mentor
- End of rotation report-outs to leadership team within Global Supply Chain
- Final role placement within Global Supply Chain discipline based on business needs along with associates’ interests
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree graduating by May 2025 in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business, or related field
- Must be a U.S. Citizen. This position may require access to systems/tools that are restricted to individuals who possess US citizenship
Qualifications We Prefer
- Minimum 3.0 GPA
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in project management skills

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.
Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
