Are you a detailed oriented individual that is interested in commercial loans and other specialized products who would serve as a primary liaison between the Business Relationship Manager and the Credit Coordinator with respect to collateral, entity and other commercial due diligence?
As a Loan Origination Specialist, you will be responsible for the review of approvals, documentation and the due diligence to ensure Small Business loans are closed in accordance with the approval as well as documentation preparation to avoid any risk to the client or the bank.
Job Responsibilities:
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 1 year of experience preparing commercial loan, SBA, or mortgage loan documents required
- Experience with collateral and entity due diligence related to commercial loans is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail, communication skills and PC skills
- Able to communicate well and work independently in a high volume, production-oriented environment.
- College degree, paralegal, or equivalent work experience
