Program Summary

Job Summary
As a Property Management Specialist, you will be assigned to the PBO office to assist the Property Book Officer and Property Book Technician with all Property Book processes outlined locally, that require GCSS-Army access.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Operate the Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE), Logistics Modernization Program (LMP) systems.
- Input information into the Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS).
- Use USG-provided access to operating systems (e.g., GCSS-A PBUSE, SAMS-1E, RFID).
- Coordinate sustainment training with the United States Government.
- Submit orders for parts and bench stock primarily through the federal supply system.
- Support the COR for the implementation of the Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP) and Army management controls.
- Provide all U.S. Military supply management services, including receipt, storage, issue, and accountability.
- Provide joint supply support as instructed by the COR.
- Support all U.S. Military Force and Black Sea AST units as per instruction from the COR.
- Maintain spill kits for issue to Black Sea AST units, activities, and organizations in support of the “You Spill, You Dig” USAREUR policy.
- Distribute Class IX(A) supplies for direct support of customers.
- Ensure customers verify material, supplies, and equipment correctly during pick-up.
- Ensure items match documentation prior to departing the SSA.
- Have customers sign for all materials, supplies, and equipment received at the SSA.
- Report existing discrepancies to the section head prior to customer leaving the SSA.
- Provide prompt, efficient, and friendly customer support.
- Ensure bulk material pick-up from the bulk issue section before picking up items in the customer bin.
- Keep customer bins and yard issue areas clean and organized.
- File all customer issue lists by DODAAC and date issued.
- Escort customers to the issue/bulk issue areas.
- Maintain copies of Signature Cards on file.
- File all Transfer Orders and customer issue lists that are physically signed for one year.
- Perform post goods issued to the customer bins.
- Print out customer issue list for goods receipt using GCSS-A Transaction.
- Perform Post Goods Receipt for wave 1 customers using GCSS-A Transaction.
- Ensure delivery/upload of bulk parts for customers using GCSS-A Transaction.
- Re-distribute Class IX(A) supplies generated after processing in GCSS-A customer turn-ins.
- Ensure the material is properly packed/crated/palletized.
- Create TCMD DD Form 1384 in CMOS and provide to BSAST Transportation 24 hours prior to shipment.
- Ensure shipment is marked for the appropriate destination and a copy of the TCMD is enclosed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Must have an Army MOS 92Y, 92A or equivalent OR a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of related experience. A High School Diploma and an additional 2 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Must have experience using GCSS-Army.
- Must have experience using Army War Reserve Deployment System (AWRDS).
- Requires GCSS-A Training Certifications for supply and property operations.
- Requires a valid passport with at least 12 months of validity and 6 blank pages.
Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)
- Experience with Property Book Unit Supply Enhanced (PBUSE).
- Experience with Logistics Modernization Program (LMP).
