We are looking for a talented Supply Chain HSE Leader to join our team specializing in Health and Safety, hybrid in Georgia, USA,
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Enhancing Safety and Environmental Standards: By providing hands-on support to regional sites, you’ll help implement programs and tools that achieve regional health, safety, and environmental objectives.
- Driving Continuous Improvement: Representing the region in global collaborations, you’ll contribute to the development of policies and procedures that drive continuous improvement.
- Coaching and Mentoring: You’ll coach sites on implementing hazard and risk controls, fostering a culture of safety and sustainability through education and awareness programs.
- Problem-Solving and Standardization: By solving non-routine health, safety, and environmental problems, you’ll drive standardization and best practices across the region.
- Audit Leadership: Leading or participating in regional audits, you’ll ensure sites are prepared and conform to health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Incident Investigation: Providing hands-on support for local incident investigations, you’ll help meet reporting obligations and improve safety protocols.
- Supplier and Consultant Management: You’ll manage and evaluate regional suppliers and consultants, ensuring they meet health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Effective Communication: Executing communication objectives, you’ll align regional efforts with the global strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education, Licenses, Certifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or university equivalent required.
- Health and Safety and/or Environmental degree preferred.
Experience:
- Significant relevant HSE experience required.
- 5-7 years of experience.
- Previous experience working across various countries within the region preferred.
- Progress toward professional certification, preferred.
Additional Information/Experience:
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Experience managing multiple sites
- Project experience preferred
