Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager
What does a successful Cyber Security Service Delivery Manager do at Fiserv?
You will partner with the VP of Access Management and will be responsible for a broad range of development and operational duties. You will bridge and facilitate the needs of the wider organization to implement security strategies and improve its posture and operations in an agile manner.
What you will do:
- Manage the day-to-day workflow and interface with all levels of staff to act as a liaison, problem solver, and facilitator as the first contact for the VP of Access Management and others in the department
- Effectively and successfully respond to problem situations and prioritize issues and keep the VP of Access Management advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up
- Ensure all meeting material for is received and available in good time to allow the necessary briefing and sourcing of further information if required to circulate any prereading and log actions where required
- Take the minutes at the executive team meetings or other meetings as and when required and track action items from weekly leadership meetings, documenting discussions
- Work closely with other senior leadership executive assistants to provide support & consistency for various tasks & projects
What you will need to have:
- 3+ years of Service Management experience in service management, including frameworks like ITIL and practices such as incident and change management
- 3+ years project management experience managing multiple projects, using methodologies like Agile or Waterfall to plan, organize, and coordinate resources
- 2+ years of Financial Management experience in budgeting, cost management, and financial planning to ensure services align with financial goals
- 2+ years of experience with IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies, though not necessarily hands-on
- 2+ years of experience working with discretion and tact in an environment exposed to a high level of sensitive and confidential information
- 2+ years proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, cybersecurity, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, work, and/or military experience
