THE WORKAs a key leader in our production operations, you will manage the planning, preparation, issuance, and control of production material requirements. Your role is to ensure a smooth and controlled flow of materials, perfectly timed to meet stringent production requirements. You’ll be responsible for:
• Coordinating recruitment, selection, and training for your team to ensure top talent is engaged and supported.
• Overseeing performance assessments, work assignments and managing employee recognition and disciplinary actions as necessary.
• Advising senior management on the status of work in progress, material availability, and any potential production challenges, ensuring that personnel, equipment, materials, and services are aligned for operational success.

Basic Qualifications:5+ years of relevant experience
Experience in a manufacturing environment
SAP or similar ERP knowledge
Desired Skills:Previous Supervisor experience
Previous aerospace experience
Solumina experience a plus
Bachelors degree
Experience working in a union environment
Previous Sikorsky experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
