Oracle Life Sciences Research Services helps life sciences organizations transform complex healthcare data into actionable evidence by combining real-world data, advanced analytics, innovative technology, and scientific research expertise. We partner with customers across all therapeutic areas to generate evidence that informs critical decisions throughout the product lifecycle—from early clinical development through commercialization—ultimately improving healthcare outcomes worldwide.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will serve as the operational delivery leader for complex research consulting engagements, partnering closely with the Evidence & Insights Leader (or Clinical Study Manager, where applicable) to deliver successful customer outcomes. While scientific leadership is provided by the Evidence & Insights Leader, you will own operational execution, financial performance, governance, resource coordination, and project delivery across the full project lifecycle. Success in this role requires balancing customer expectations, contractual commitments, operational excellence, and financial performance while leading cross-functional teams through complex, multi-workstream engagements.
This role requires a highly collaborative leader who excels in a matrixed environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project financials, mitigating risks, and driving operational excellence.
