Salary Range: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Job Overview:
The Customer Service Representative/ Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) support person plays a crucial role in the supply chain by facilitating the efficient processing and fulfillment of customer orders. They receive orders from Inside or Outside Sales Engineers and input them into the NetSuite system, ensuring smooth coordination with warehouse operations for timely delivery. Additionally, they manage daily quote and order processing for EONE, maintaining workflow efficiency. Engaging with customers via phone, email, and in-person, they provide essential support to ensure orders are fulfilled promptly and accurately, thereby contributing to high customer satisfaction.

- Have 5 years of related experience preferred*
- Experience with mechanical equipment sales preferred*
- Possess High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks, as well as a drug test
Scope of Responsibility:
- Answer telephone and email inquiries from customers
- Take the completed PMU from the ISE and enter it into NetSuite.
- Processes customer and account source documents by reviewing data for deficiencies; resolving discrepancies by using standard procedures (i.e. getting in contact with the person who wrote the order to ask them why they forgot to include quantities on certain line items, for example).
- If submittals are required, request and receive the submittal/shop drawing from the manufacturer and route them to the customer.
- Receive the approved submittal/shop drawings from the customer and route them back to the manufacturer.
- Send completed sales order to invoicing.
Specific roles and responsibilities of CSR / ISE support include:
- Enter all sales orders for the Albany branch into NetSuite (industrial and muni).
- Forward POs to manufacturers
- Expedite and track shipment, and provide proactive project status to customers.
- Provide proactive updates on shipments to ISE/OSE and customers
- Perform all other duties as assigned
